I am 1 year 3 months post op. I had silicone implant and tip reconstruction to improve my low bridge, flare nostril and bulbous tip. I don't think the new look is best, and wondering which procedures I can have done to look more natural and my other features (eyes, lips, cheeks) to show off more like before. Would implant being taken out make my nostrils flare out again, with revision is there anything I need to be aware of?
