Why do I have a huge gap at the outer corners of my eyes which makes them very droopy? (Photo)

Why is this? What can I do to fix it? I believe I’ve had this since I was born, my eyes water very easy and I was wondering if the two are tired. I really hate my eye shape and was wondering what it was and how I can get rid of it?
