In the first picture, my double eyelid appears normal but sometimes when I blink the fold changes height and looks a bit saggy and heavy. This happens the most often when I’m tired or I’ve just woken up. My right eyelid does not do this.

This is most likely due to increased laxity and tension in your lid resulting in lack of close contact between the globe and lower lid. Simple procedures such as canthopexy or lateral tarsal strip should be improved this and the shape of your eye.
It is too close the eyelid margin to manage with surgery. So the best option is to inject the area that is hard with kenalog. This will resolve the remaining inflammation. If you do nothing at this point, it is possible that you will have a chronic nodule in the eyelid as you do now. As the...
