My left eyelid keeps changing folds, any ideas on how I can fix this? (Photos)

In the first picture, my double eyelid appears normal but sometimes when I blink the fold changes height and looks a bit saggy and heavy. This happens the most often when I’m tired or I’ve just woken up. My right eyelid does not do this.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for upper blepharoplasty to create a more symmetric crease. During the surgery excess skin is removed, and your crease will be formed and set at a bit higher. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. #drdonyoo

This can be addressed with a very precise anchor blepharoplasty, which is an eyelid surgery that snugs the skin between the eyelashes and the upper eyelid crease. Recovery is very comfortable and after 10 to 14 days most people will not be aware that you just had a surgery. Your eyes can be your best feature.
