My left eyelid keeps changing folds, any ideas on how I can fix this? (Photos)

In the first picture, my double eyelid appears normal but sometimes when I blink the fold changes height and looks a bit saggy and heavy. This happens the most often when I’m tired or I’ve just woken up. My right eyelid does not do this.
