I have a very flat face, especially looking at my face from the side or profile view. Flat cheekbones, weak jawline etc. Neck lines. But I don't know the best, longest lasting option to make my face more rounded and more attractive. Fillers? Implants? In what part of my face? I had a nose job in my early 20s and I am happy with the results.
