Hey yall! The past few years I have developed some sagging skin around my mouth area, two mounds of skin either side of lips( which strangely get bigger when they get colder) also sagging dimple type skin underneath my lips any ideas what's causing this? I've never seen anything like it, also can fillers lift up this area in anyway and where would they inject them? Thankyou! ( I've added pics the further you stand away from the pictures the clearer they get)
