Will I get my good posture back after Breast Augmentation?

two weeks after surgery, you're still going through the healing process.  It's too early for it now, but at a later date you will want to do stretching exercises and regain your posture.  Speak to your plastic surgeon about when you can start stretching.  It depends on where you incisions are etc.

You are still healing and this may just be part of that process. Everyone heals differently, and not having performed your surgery myself, I don't know all the details of it. Be sure to go to your post-op appointments and let your surgeon know that this is bothering you, give it a little bit more time and hopefully it will straighten itself out, if you are still having this discomfort then make sure your surgeon knows. Keeping good communication with your surgeon and their office staff is the best way to know you are healing correctly, if you are concerned about this problem, I would call and talk to their office to be reassured.

It is common so early after breast augmentation, especially when implants are placed beneath the chest muscle to lean forward and not extend are stretch his shoulders and back as much as you would normally.This will certainly improve with time.It is important to do pectoralis, muscle, shoulder and back stretching exercises to help regain this ability.  However you must check with your plastic surgeon for advice unwed institute the stretching exercises.
