Celiac artery aneurysm - could I have a tummy tuck or any plastic surgery?

I have a 14mm celiac artery aneurysm with controlled hypertension by medication. I also have had one blood clot in right leg due to smoking and birth control. I no longer smoke and blood clot was almost 20 years ago with no recurrences. I meet with a vascular surgeon yearly for monitoring and the size of the aneurysm hasn't grown since it was discovered in 2022. What are the chances of having a tummy tuck or any plastic surgery for that matter?

Based on your photos, it does appear that a full tummy tuck may be suitable to tighten your loose skin. Your surgeon will check whether abdominal muscle separation is contributing to bulging, an issue that can be corrected with a tummy tuck as well.
