Upper blepharoplasty crease too low. How can this be fixed?

I had upper blepharoplasty to correct hooded eyes. The surgeon made the cease too low so I don't have much eyelid space and my eyes are still too hooded. How can this be fixed?

It is possible to give you a crease that is higher and more symmetric with a revision upper eyelid surgery. During the surgery a small amount of fat will be removed, and your crease will be formed and set at a bit higher. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

It is improbable that your surgeon make the crease too low. It is much more likely that as a result of removing part of the upper eyelid fold, the eyebrows relaxed down. That would reduce the apparent space between the eyebrows and the upper eyelid. The repair of this issue, precisely depends on what is actually going on with your eyes. A photograph is helpful but, ultimately, there is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. Also note that it is absolutely incorrect to say that it is easier to lower a crease than to raise the crease. However as noted above, I do wonder if the crease is the issue here.

While it is easier to lower an upper eyelid crease than to raise it, if more skin needs to be taken it is possible to raise it a bit by the skin stretch needed from the additional skin removal.
