My upper lids are heavy (they have always been hooded) and any eye make up is often lost. Would an upper blepharoplasty help this as it’s more genetic? I also have lower eye bags. I saw a doctor about undereye fillers but it was suggested these would not suit my situation and a blepharoplasty may be better. Are they “bad enough” for surgery yet? NB: I have chronic insomnia since a teenager. I also have allergies/sinus inflammation at times, so unsure if this would affect any guidance
