Eye shape surgery (male) to make my eyes more even and masculine looking? (Photo)

I´m a 22 y/o male, with uneven, odd looking round eyes. Due to seborrheic dermatitis I temporarily used to apply an eye damaging lash serum as well as cortisone. I was also unprotected in the sun basically all the time. I wanted to know if there is any procedure able to make my eyes again more even and masculine looking. I have sclera show above the lower eyelid and visible eyelid exposure on the upper half. Both wasn´t there the way it is now, when I was around 18, which really bothers me.
