Would I be a good candidate for a tummy tuck revision? When would be the best time to move forward? 11 months post op (photos)

Hi, i had a tummy tuck 11 months ago, complicated with a hematoma, right away i noticed still had loose skin above my bellybutton, i had lot of swelling, wore my compression garment for 6 months, it's gone down a lot but still have swellling, did radio frequency for the loose skin but didn't improve that much, i noticed that my pubic area seem to have gone higher, can my results be improved by a revision? If yes when would be the right time? Thanks
