Hi, excellent question. Yes, I think your result can be improved with a revision of you're bothered by those areas. The fat around the belly button can be removed by liposuction, and the scar can be revised. The 12 month mark is a reasonable time for a revision. The right time is anytime now that you desire. You either require liposuction or a full abdominoplasty. A physical exam would answer the best options.

You’re probably fine to have revision work at this time. Internal scarred tissue is mature at 11 months but skin incisions take 12 to 18 months before they stop changing. Most likely your skin incisions will be redone. By tightening your skin further you’ll end up with a small vertical scar between your belly button and the primary incision that represents closing the opening that’s currently surrounding your belly button. In the revision when the surgeon post to skin down further they will need to make a new opening for the belly button and close the old one which well like I said become a small vertical scar on your lower abdomen
It would really be helpful to see formal before and after pictures including all angles as well as from behind. Either doing an extended tummy tuck or adding liposuction of your love handles could probably improve your contour significantly.

When we pull down on the abdominal skin to make the abdomen tight it also pulls up on the mons pubis.

Recognize that a standard tummy tuck only tightens skin in the vertical direction. This means patients may still have some skin laxity in a horizontal direction unless a fleur-de-lis pattern is added. that should not be necessary in your case.
Results for the procedure are always judged in an upright standing position. With the torso flexed all people will have some abdominal skin laxity whether they’ve had a tummy tuck or not.
