Try weight loss first. If then you still have excess fat, liposuction may work. If you have excess skin, you will need a revision. However, avoid any revisions until you have had all the children you want.

Hello @Jane6491, thank you for your question. A lot depends on the laxity of the abdominal wall. In some situations, the wall can return to its position with very little damage, however, I can see some excess of skin and fat from the pictures. An examination is always best, but your should see an improvement in the abdominal contour with weight loss. Once you have achieved you goal weight if you still have concerns then you can consider liposuction. A revision to your tummy tuck would not be needed unless the muscles have separated or there is excess skin.
