5 years ago I had septoplasty for a deviated septum, but had an abscess as a complication. Consequently, I developed a saddle nose deformity. A year later I had a reconstruction. My caudel septum was completely missing and was replaced with a graft and fixed with the tongue in groove method and with permanent sutures. I also had a dorsal onlay graft made from diced cartilage. 4 weeks ago my nose suddenly turned purple and now I am left with this white spot. It still is sensitive.
