Hi Tink609! This is a common question we see all of the time. The key to making your face look symmetrical and even is facial balancing. We do this by injecting small amounts of filler all over your face to balance out any imperfections, leaving you symmetrical.

Firstly, I think you have a beautiful face and should consider leaving as is. If you are unhappy with shape/balance and would like a more tapered lower face that would be more feminine you might want to have someone look in person to see whether putting some neuromodulator in masseters might slim your jawline. Hard to know from photo but that would be my first thing to look at .

You have some great features and look excellent on camera. I don't recommend anything specific here. Can you shed more light on what makes you think it's off "balance"?
