I have dints in the middle of my face, I’d say it’s almost my very inner cheek on both sides right next to my nose. They’re very visible when I smile and especially in photos. I’ve tried cheek filler but this doesn’t seem to treat the area. Could it be my tear troughs that need to be filled instead?
Answer: Would tear trough filler help? I encourage you to visit with an expert injector for an evaluation. It appears the area that concerns you may be migrated filler. If so, you can have it dissolved with hyaluronidase and then begin again with correct filler treatment.

Answer: For "Dents" In The Upper Cheeks Consider A Low Viscosity, Malleable, Cohesive HA Filler To Elevate & Smooth My last patient on Thursday had the exact same problem in her outer cheek regions. She responded immediately and completely with the use of a superficially injected low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler to elevate and smooth the indentations and create a gradual, smooth transition between the upper cheek and lower lid regions. One word of caution. The under-eye region is not a region for inexperienced, novice injectors accustomed to the simple use of ordinary Restylane or Juvederm for treating run-of-the-mill smile lines. So, you would be wise to seek out an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Migrated filler On your photos, those lines are the migrated filler. You need to dissolve it and not add any filler to the cheek. Please seek an expert physician who will confirm this and be able to remove for you to return your smile to normal.Once this is done, you should try biostimulators like Sculptra for the mid face support. Best, Dr. Anna Avaliani, NYC

Answer: Can be treated I had a patient with a very similar appearance. I used some reasonably dense HA filler with a canula to fill the area with a nice result. Sadly dont have a photo but it was a pleasing result

Answer: Treating dynamic hollows One should never treat a dynamic hollow with a filler, unless the hollow is present when there is no motion involved. Otherwise, you will have the opposite problem, a bulge. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
