If the under eye has loss of volume, applying a premium filler can enhance the appearance and give you a more fresh, bright look. I usually prefer to examine my patients face to face in order to evaluate their case. A lower blepharoplasty and/or fat injection to the area can also be a good alternative approach.
Hi John, the answer is yes. Under eye filler will bring volume and smoothness to the eye area resulting in a youthful look
From the provided photos it appears you are a candidate for under eye filler. Be sure to see an expert injector for your treatment. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
Under eye filler can be tricky and works best if patient are complaining mostly of a "tear trough" deformity where there is a curvilinear depression around the bottom of the eye that is giving the appearance of hollowing and tiredness. However, if your main concern is dark circles, while small amounts of filler may somewhat help with that, dark circles are otherwise best treated with something like under eye PRP injections, where the overlying skin quality and texture is being improved with your own growth factors, and the healthier skin appears less as dark circles. For fine lines/wrinkles around the eyes, botox to crows feet and slightly under the outside part of the lower eyelid can help to smoothen those out, or a chemical peel to the lower eyelid can help to tighten and rejuvenate the skin in that area. Hope this helps!
I had a patient with a very similar appearance. I used some reasonably dense HA filler with a canula to fill the area with a nice result. Sadly dont have a photo but it was a pleasing result
This common for a lot of women in their 30s. Botox will help minimize the appearance of fine lines are wrinkles
Fillers to the cheeks and lips would help to add feminine contours. Botox can be used to lift the brow. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
