I am in my early thirties. Recently I started to notice these lines on my forehead. What can I do about them?

If the lines become visible or deepen with elevating the eyebrows (i.e. dynamic wrinkles), then Botox would be helpful. If the lines persist at rest, (i.e. static lines), then filler would serve to elevate and smooth them.  Simple subcision, alone or in combination with filler, can do this, as well, for a more durable improvement.  And, regarding age, nowadays, if we start treating these early on, even in the early twenties, we call this "prejuvenation."  What's more, the earlier we start such treatments, the less likely there will be a need for more dramatic and expensive anti-aging interventions down the road. Forehead wrinkles are treated with neurotoxins (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeveau) and/or with skin resurfacing. There are several methods for skin resurfacing including peels (such as the Perfect Derma peel), Erbium YAG laser treatments (Moxi, Halo, etc), and radiofrequency microneedling (such as Profound RF or Morpheus). Laser has a variety of depths/intensities. It is the gold standard with the best results for skin resurfacing. Peels also have a variety of depths. A superficial or medium medical grade peel would adequately treat this issue. A deep chemical peel (surgical grade) is not needed since the issue is not severe. Filler is used with extreme caution in the area above and between the brows because of the risk for filler to travel through a blood vessel and cause a blockage that results in vision loss.
