My starting plan would be: Sculptra to temples and midface ( at least 4 vials)HA fillers to soften the lateral brow and to give a little bit of a lift.Lip fillers to make them a little fuller . Possibly a bit of chin filler and nose tip filler.Your ultimate results will depend on the vision, artistic ability and the skill of your injector with the right tools used. It is not the type of the filler that is important.
Regarding redness and sunspots, either do more IPL as two sessions is very little or switch to PicoSure
