This is my second surgery my first surgery I had a capsule contractor which I loved the fake look. I had 400cc now I have 700cc They look the same way. Should I do saline 1000cc or more implants to achieve the bimbo high look I’m after??
Answer: Breast implants I have never thought inflating saline implants that large was a great idea. But there are women who want it and surgeons who will do it for you.

Answer: Implants Please do not go bigger. Your implants are already very heavy and have stretched your own tissues a fair amount. Bigger will be even more heavy of your neck and shoulders and sag more with time.

Answer: Sizing Options for your Breast Augmentation Revision Thank you for your question and pictures! It seems that you're unhappy with your results. Breast augmentation can usually be revised for a lot of reasons and changing implant size is a common one but that is obviously an additional surgery. I think the size you have is very good and proportionate to your body. Usually, overfilling a saline implant 10% is considered safe. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of breast implants. Good luck with your future correction! I hope my answer helps and if it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right. Have a great day!

Answer: Revision surgery Dear megansheriff, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: New implants not big enough? You look very good... There are no saline implants over 800 cc's as a maximum fill volume. Unless the surgeon over inflates the implants. This negates your warranty from the implant company. This is called Over Inflation of implants, not many Plastic Surgeons willing to do this. Fees usually in the $8,000+++ ranges. virtual consult with a few PSs.
