This is my second surgery my first surgery I had a capsule contractor which I loved the fake look. I had 400cc now I have 700cc They look the same way. Should I do saline 1000cc or more implants to achieve the bimbo high look I’m after??
Answer: Implants Please do not go bigger. Your implants are already very heavy and have stretched your own tissues a fair amount. Bigger will be even more heavy of your neck and shoulders and sag more with time.

Answer: New implants not big enough? You look very good... There are no saline implants over 800 cc's as a maximum fill volume. Unless the surgeon over inflates the implants. This negates your warranty from the implant company. This is called Over Inflation of implants, not many Plastic Surgeons willing to do this. Fees usually in the $8,000+++ ranges. virtual consult with a few PSs.
