How long after chin implant removal should I wait for chin augmentation with fat graft?

I’m planning to have my chin implant removed, and want to do chin augmentation with fat graft afterwards. Can it be done simultaneously? If not, how long after my implant is removed can i have a fat graft in my chin? How is my recovery or downtime will look like after my implant removed and fat graft in my chin? Thank you

I agree that you have a long upper lip which a lip lift would improve. The best approach for the other changes I see is a deep plane mid facelift which would also improve mild relaxation in the neck. I have operated on many patients like yourself with gratifying results.

Fat transfer to widen the face -- particularly the upper 1/3 can be a great option. Without other photos it is difficult to tell if any type of lift would help, but often a good volumization in someone 45 obviates the need to lift. the inflation "lifts" the tissues adequately. An upper lip...

You won't get a blue discoloration from fat. Nodules can occur, albeit rare in skilled hands. The filler should be able to be removed with an enzyme such as Vitrase.
