Hello from Istanbul, Türkiye! This is a common nasal structure that I often treat. The drooping of the tip, especially when you smile, is due to long and weak nasal tip cartilages. By shortening and reinforcing these cartilages, the nose will not only look more refined, but your breathing may also improve. As for your profile, reducing the hump slightly and narrowing the wide nasal bones will create a more balanced and proportionate look. A small reduction (1-2 mm) of the nasal alae could also help enhance the overall appearance. Hope this helps, best of luck to you!
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos It seems that you have both deviation and low nasal tip, I recommend you rhinoplasty operation to get rid of this image, it is possible to get the appearance you want with a single operation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Hi, It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on your needs and expectations.
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.
You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. You may also need a septoplasty. You will need to be examined to see what is going on internally with your septum.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on the photos, a rhinoplasty could effectively address several issues: improving the symmetry of your nose’s bridge in the frontal view, reducing the protrusion of the septum in the profile view (where the tip appears to drop suddenly due to a high septum), enhancing tip support, and slightly raising the tip so it doesn’t hang lower than the base of your nose (the alar base).Your nose has thicker skin, which will be an important factor in surgical planning. You might also need a septoplasty, but a definitive decision on this requires an in-person examination.Dr. B.
On front view, you appear to have a c-shaped nasal appearance that is also wide with a bulbous and droopy tip. On profile, your bridge extends from your face further than your nasal tip and this is called a polly beak. This appearance worsens with smiling as your nasal tip droops. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you can see what to expect after well-performed surgery. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refinement of the nasal tip cartilages, narrowing the bridge line, with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. It's also important to release the depressor septi ligament, which dynamically pulls your tip downward when smiling. An alar-plasty accomplishes narrowing wide nostrils to make sure all the components of the nose are proportional. Rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon based upon extensive experience. Digital imaging would also be helpful.

Hello, I wouldn't recommend waiting for the full year to determine how your nose and smile changes with your procedure. One problem with doing a alarplasty is that your nostrils don't appear to be that different straight on and you risk creating further asymmetry. You can consider botox to the...
That said, I can understand that it is disconcerting to see things move in the opposite direction. Best advice would be to bring your concerns to the attention of your surgeon. If the recommendation is to wait for a full 12 months postoperative, I don't think that's unreasonable. The other...
Since oral minoxidil can lower your blood pressure, it's important to inform both your surgeon and your anesthesiologist that you are taking it. It is unlikely that you will need to discontinue it for any significant period. By disclosing your use of minoxidil, your medical team can...
Hi. The nose looks crooked from the front and the nasal wingslook some wide. The condition of the nose is seen more clearly during examination. If there is nasal septum deviation you may need septorhinoplasty. From our Instagram account you can look at some of our crookd nose surgery results....
Hello, You will want to talk with your surgeon post op to see what is going on. When you make structural changes to the nose sometimes those do not manifest because you have to manage the skin as well. Talk to your surgeon to see if another steroid injection would be beneficial and let them...
