Liposuction incision points - will using breast reduction anchor scar alter breast shape? (Photo)

Almost 2 years ago I had a breast reduction with an anchor scar. Very happy with my results and my scar is basically invisible. However the surgery left me with a fat roll just under my breast that goes around my whole torso into back fat (I will also be getting full back lipo). My PS recommended we use the exciting scar for the incisions to target the upper abdomen area. I’m wondering if this incisions along my anchor scar will somehow alter the roundness of my breasts after the fact and make it bumpy on the bottom? Also, Will going in from the side to avoids the breasts incision reach this problem area that is just over my ribs? I do not want upper abdomen incisions they are visible. Willing to take advice in best entry points to successfully target this area while remaining discreet.

Based off your photo, its hard to see any scars under your breast, but a vertical mid breast one is noted along with some fat accumulating over your ribs or the folds under your breast you see. 
A few things: 1. Yes, using an old scar for entry point for liposuction is always the most logical since the scar is already there, now you need to ask questions to your surgeon about the access points and if their technique will alter anything along the way to the areas of liposuction. Usually skilled liposuction surgeons can do this without altering anything at the entry point but again depends on the surgeon. 2. Ask your surgeon if that's also your ribs protruding so likely after lipo it will be less but not completely flat. Also ask what about the skin after lipo - what if it gets loose? Maybe they have skin tightening modalities they can add. 3. Usually the abdomen can be accessed from a lower incision entry point and inside your belly button entry point - so pretty hidden if you have at least underwear on. But again, this is surgeon dependent - so ask your surgeon.
