I got saline implants around 2013. I’m looking to get a lift done now. I’m just not sure if I should pay the extra and replace my implants or just leave them be? I’ve heard they have a 10-15 year lifespan so im worried to pay all this money and then need to redo them again. But I also don’t really have the extra money to do a lift and replace. saline implants
Answer: Implants To do the lift, the implants will need to be removed to avoid damage. However, once removed, they no longer have any warranty. Also, they are 11 years old. I would suggest replacing them with your lift.

Answer: Lift and replace implants Dear newgirl14, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Lift and replace implants Always difficult to predict implant lifespan. It is easier to replace them during lift for best results. Usually, it is less expensive done together. If you don’t change them, you may need to at another surgery. Further discussion with your/a plastic surgeon is recommended.
