I had a bbl 8 months ago and this large uneven bump is left on my left butt cheek. Can someone please advise me what this could be and will a bbl revision (liposuctioning that area) help get rid of it?! This is super depressing and I want to know how i can get rid of it.

Answer: What is this? Large lump on butt after BBL? (Photo) The fat necrosis may need to be removed if it persists over a period of months or is extremely painful. Sometimes the dead fat can create dents, and sometimes it can create a large unsightly lump.
