I had a bbl 8 months ago and this large uneven bump is left on my left butt cheek. Can someone please advise me what this could be and will a bbl revision (liposuctioning that area) help get rid of it?! This is super depressing and I want to know how i can get rid of it.

The first step may be to do an ultrasound of the area.
