Hi, I have a diced cartilage graft on my dorsum. It ended up being too big; there is a bit of a hump on top, and it made my nose broader. It also made the tip very big, though the doc says some of that is scar tissue. He suggested a revision to "contour" the graft and remove some of the scar tissue from the tip. Does that sound reasonable? Will that work to improve the "fit" and look of the graft? Does removing scar tissue from the tip help give it definition?
