Im a 28 year old female who has had genioplasty a year and a half ago. Im unhappy with the results. Not only is my lip thinner, but there is an indent in my chin and my profile now looks like an unflattering ball - chin ptosis? My surgeon said he will remove my plate to fix the the indent as it’s believed to be caught in the plate and said he will do a lift as well but will that really fix it?
