I had genioplasty 1.5 years ago and now when I touch the genioplasty cut through bottom open portion of mandible it feel like I am directly touching the root of right central and lateral incisors. What is the reason for that?

Thank you for your pictures. In my opinion, a sliding Genioplasty would be beneficial for you. Jaw surgeries correct both the bones and the bite. Your x-ray reveals that your upper and lower jaw bones as well as your teeth are in a good position. I hope this is helpful.

Based on these photos, it looks that you have large lower jaw and chin. This also applies to chin soft tissue. Reduction of the chin and soft tissue may help. Shaving of the bone or reverse genioplasty may be some options. Hope this helps.
