Would a genioplasty or double jaw surgery deliver my desired results? Goal is a more square face (photos)

Based on these photos, it looks that you have large lower jaw and chin. This also applies to chin soft tissue. Reduction of the chin and soft tissue may help. Shaving of the bone or reverse genioplasty may be some options. Hope this helps.
