Typically, liposuction is not recommended for the face. As a surgical option, fat transfer to the nasolabial folds can help smooth out shadowing. Alternatively, for a non-surgical approach, you could consider Sculptra to achieve similar results with CO2 resurfacing lasers.

Very likely that selective, very conservative, fat grafting would be the way to improve your "deformity'. You may need 2 stages but that will give you nice improvement. Selection of the surgeon, a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in facial fat grafting, is critical. Good luck.
