Hi I had a facelift and liposuction to my cheeks to address overfill from years ago . There seems to be a ridge on the outer part of the nasal fold ( cheek side) where there is more fat . The surgeon liposuctioned the fat after the facelift as my face still looked fat . The fold really casts a shadow on the right side and I hate it ! Anything I can do ? Thanks so much . Facelift was performed a year ago .
