I got a lower facelift/necklift in 2018 when I was 40. It looked great but now my neck skin has started to get crepey and my jowls are starting to become noticeable. Do you think I can delay a revision get a deep plane lift for a few years and until then maybe use facetite and like Morpheus8? Please excuse my dry skin in the photos(retinol).

Answer: Revision I would recommend a revision as the neck laxity/recurrent platysmal bands are a surgical problem. I would highly recommend against facetite/Morpheus or any other energy devices like that as these will injure the skin and subcutaneous fat that is critical for good quality skin. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon with 6 years of plastic surgery residency training and a year of aesthetic fellowship training to ensure that you find an individual with adequate training in this very important area of the body.

Answer: Jowls and Neck Lift Hello, I do think you’re a good candidate for a deep plane face and neck lift to correct your concerns with jowls and neck laxity based on your photos. Facetite and Morpheus8 can help with skin laxity but it will not do much to treat your jowls, which is more on the deeper tissue under the skin.
