Recommendation for Perioral mounds and noselabial folds and mid cheek. I had a High SMAS with neck lift 10 months ago. Do I need a revision SMAS facelift to lift more the Midface and mouth cheek area ? As well would microliposuction , buccal fat removal, anc or fat grafting help ? Thank you
