Would I benefit Revision FL?

Question

Recommendation for Perioral mounds and noselabial folds and mid cheek. I had a High SMAS with neck lift 10 months ago. Do I need a revision SMAS facelift to lift more the Midface and mouth cheek area ? As well would microliposuction , buccal fat removal, anc or fat grafting help ? Thank you

I would recommend obtaining a second opinion from an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon who actually does lots of facial surgery. I would personally perform a revisionary facelift and neck lift. These are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who has great training and experience in aesthetic surgery.

Facial aging consiste of 3 main things: 1. sun damage/skin surface issues, 2. gravitational descent and laxity, and 3. deflation.
In your photos, there appears to be a significant amount of deflation, much more than laxity since you already had a facelift done. I would start with a filler program as fixing the deflation would be more beneficial than more surgery at this time. The last thing you need is buccal fat removal as this will lead to even more deflation.
