I am mid 50's, 148lbs and 5 foot 7 tall. I had a combination of SMAS/Deep plane facelift early 2022. Within a few weeks of my lower facelift surgery my marionette lines returned. My surgeon has recommended a fat transfer to lift them. I asked of a revisit revision and was told the maximum was done first time. Are there any other possibilities that may help as none have been offered? Thank you in advance.
