Is this Darwin’s tubercle? What can be done to fix this? (Photos)

I’ve had these “bumps” on my right ear for as long as I can remember, and they’ve always bothered me. From what I’ve saw online, it looks to be something called “Darwin’s tubercle” if I’m correct? Can this be fixed? I’d just to give my ear a more round appearance if possible.

Hello and thank you for your enquiry Darwin's tubercle refers to a thickening in cartilage on the helical rim which protrudes. From your picture this would apply to the triangular protrusion near the mid portion of your helical rim. The slight irregularities you have on the rim above it are not referred to as Darwin's tubercle.The Darwin's tubercle can be removed surgically under local anaesthetic with a minimal scar.Regarding the other irregularities, it may be possible to also improve them surgically but this can only be decided on examination.

Darwins tubercle can be removed quickly and easily under local anesthesia
The procedure does not leave a visible scar and is not dangerous. In our practice in Konstanz in Germany this costs 500 euros per ear.
