Hi, I had otoplasty 15 years ago and one ear needs a small correction to be pinned baxk further. As I have permanent stutures in my ear I am wondering if its possible to get a no incision otoplasty? Or would my current stutures get in the way of the threads and need to be removed? As it is only a very small amount needing to be pinned back I am nervous that it would be overcorrected with the traditional method. Thanks so much!
