Hi. I will be having bimaxillary advancement in the next year for sleep apnea. I'm 44 My forehead/brows have always bothered me. I constantly lift my (currently botoxed) forehead to show my eyes. I have a large frontal sinus and wonder if a forehead lift and bossing reduction would be the thing or if an upper forehead implant (to blend in the brow ridge) with brow lift would be better. My surgeon will not do more than bimax and I'd like to plan this out. I've had a head MRI no CT yet. Thank you!
Answer: Certainly Forehead reduction can reduce the size of the frontal sinus, open your eyes, and smooth out that area. This is a procedure we do 4-5 times in a week here. It takes up to 90 minutes to do, and is generally a very easy recovery. Watch our videos to learn more.

Answer: Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with or without Hairline and Orbital Bone Reduction. Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with or without Hairline and Orbital Bone Reduction is what would fix this issues. I Invented this procedure almost 50 years ago and I’ve done 3-5000 without complications and you can return to work in a week. No implants are needed. No other X-rays needed. Make sure you see the results with the hair pulled back and the hairline exposed in dozens of patients. No scar should be seen.

Answer: Am I candidate for a forehead lift or implant? Hello, All your issues can be addressed to a well-executed in the right hands. I recommend you forehead reduction, dermal graft and bossing reduction to solve the issues you mentioned in your message. It can be addressed with a well-executed forehead bone rasping operation with the help of the technological method “Piezo “ which provides the best results and the easiest recovery (not the classical method) by entering through an incision made from your hairline. As you complete your healing process, this scar will become invisible. You can get the look you want with this operation, which is performed with the latest technology piezo technique. Piezo technology will protect your soft tissues and provide you with maximum recovery fastly. Since this technological piezo method offers a much more sensitive and attentive working opportunity than classical methods, it minimizes the risk of causing volume loss in the hair. It allows you to have a very comfortable recovery period and return to your daily life immediately. You can visit the link below to learn more about the piezo technique. I recommend investigating the long-term outcomes of your surgeon. It is the best indicator of choosing a good surgeon for you. When researching your surgeon, please note whether all of their results are similar. Some surgeons copy their results to all their patients. If you see the same face lines in all of your surgeon's results, this is an indication that he or she did not tailor his results. Unfortunately, most surgeons give similar results and rarely perform personalized surgeries like me. One golden rule: Please do not have the surgery when you feel uncomfortable and in doubt with a surgeon you hesitate. The point to consider when looking for the best surgeon is the time between your surgeon's before and after photos. Postoperative photographs must be at least 1 year after the operation. Early results and intraoperative comparison photos are of no value. Secondly, make sure that you have a good communication with your surgeon and that he/she fully understands you. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe.I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
