Based on your photos you are a good candidate, with good hairline density to camouflage the hairline lowering scar at the base of the hair follicles. You have a small "widow's peak" on your right--that can be closed--- but the left side was not included in your photos. The amount of hairline lowering is determined in consultation with the patient, and takes into account the lengthening potential of the scalp as well as the looking at the face as a whole; the forehead(upper facial third) should be proportional to the remainder of the face.
You brow height looks aesthetic from what I can see(the eyes are cut off); brow shaping(arch) and position can be performed non surgically as an office procedure using a radiofrequency procedure I developed.
