Hi, I'm female 36, with uneven forehead (two horns). I had a CT scan, & I have normal bone thickness; I'm looking to have the forehead shaved down to be even with the middle part of my forehead. I'm under the impression that the right Dr should be a maxillofacial surgeon, but also has experience with hairline improvement. I happen to have thin hair and forehead wrinkles so hiding a hairline incision and not causing worse wrinkles due to loss of volume might be a challenge. What do you advise plz
Answer: Hiding the insicion in forehead shaving Hello, Your uneven forehead (two horns) appearance can be adressed with a well-executed forehead bone rasping operation with the help of the technological method “Piezo“ which provides the best results and the easiest recovery (not the classical method) by entering through an incision made from your hairline in the right hands. You can get the look you want with this operation, which is performed with the latest technology piezo technique. Since this technological piezo method offers a much more sensitive and attentive working opportunity than classical methods, it minimizes the risk of causing volume loss in the hair and more wrinkles on the forehead. Piezo technology will protect your soft tissues and provide you with maximum recovery fastly. It allows you to have a very comfortable recovery period and return to your daily life immediately. You can visit the link below to learn more about the piezo technique. I recommend investigating the long-term outcomes of your surgeon. It is the best indicator of choosing a good surgeon for you. When researching your surgeon, please note whether all of their results are similar. Some surgeons copy their results to all their patients. If you see the same face lines in all of your surgeon's results, this is an indication that he or she did not tailor his results. Unfortunately, most surgeons give similar results and rarely perform personalized surgeries like me. One golden rule: Please do not have the surgery when you feel uncomfortable and in doubt with a surgeon you hesitate. The point to consider when looking for the best surgeon is the time between your surgeon's before and after photos. Postoperative photographs must be at least 1 year after the operation. Early results and intraoperative comparison photos are of no value. Secondly, make sure that you have a good communication with your surgeon and that he/she fully understands you. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe.I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.

Answer: Forehead Shaving Forehead shaving can be done through very limited hairline incisions, particularly using a rasping instrument technique. These small incisions heal every well and would not be an aesthetic concern even in males with less favorable hairlines. The amount of forehead bone volume removed is comparatively small and does not usually lead to increased forehead wrinkling. The right doctor to do it is one who has demonstrated experience in doing the procedure.
