Hello, I’ve had a breast revision done. Removed old implant of 490cc saline high profile, and did 700cc ultra high profile gel. I told the dr I wanted a lot of cleavage and the “fake” breast look. I also did not want too much side boob as I did not want to look wider. He suggested I move my pockets closer. It’s been a year since and I’m wondering if they are too close? Also one side seems more curved in the centre than the other?
Answer: Implants Your very large and wide implant does not fit your natural breast base so it will crowd close to your sternum. It would be better to go down to a size that fits your frame. Otherwise, just enjoy for now what you have. Your tissue is stretched and will thin and sag with time.

Answer: Breasts too close? Overall, I agree with the explanation of the surgeon who performed your revision. There's a limited space for a larger implant to fit, especially on a smaller frame like yours. To prevent the implant from falling laterally, the other option is to create a more medial implant pocket. This moves your implants closer together. Although they are close, it does not appear as true symmastia. I think it's a very nice outcome based on your goals. Breasts are never 100% symmetric.
