Although things may change a little more, it is unlikely that the right will "settle" as well as the left did. The right implant is higher and if it doesn't change anymore, then you will have to make a decision. You can live with the mild contracture and asymmetry, or you can have a revision to allow the right implant to "drop" a little more. This would require to removed the capsule (or scar tissue) surrounding the implant. There are risks and benefits to each approach so you will need to find a local surgeon who feels comfortable with this type of revisional breast surgery. Hope that helps.

I understand your concern. It is unlikely that your results will improve further. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I'm sorry you are not happy with your results. Although breast augmentation usually takes around a year to settle, looking at these photos it appears you may need a revision. The right breast probably will need a lift to even out to the left breast. I suspect there may be some preop asymmetry and an implant can sometimes accentuate this. Either way, a revision is not unreasonable if everything appears healed and soft.

Thanks for your question! At 6 months, they are pretty well healed. I would be curious to see your before photos to see if there was a discrepancy beforehand. Regardless, I do think you can follow-up with your surgeon to discuss a revision. Best of luck!

As you do not include pre-surgical photos, I cannot comment on the possibility that this is due to pre-existing asymmetry. In the absence of that information, I think that this is likely due to the placement of implants in an unmatched pattern. Waiting another 6 months will likely not improve things. Seek out a Board Certified Plastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

This is relatively common and can result from a multitude of reasons including ; R hand dominance, structural asymmetry of the rib cage, internal hematoma with subsequent capsular contracture & technical errors. The solution can be massage of the high riding implant, milk thistle daily for a few months, figure of 8 support to reposition implants and ultimately surgical correction.

At six months post op you are seeing your final result. If you are unable to see your surgeon you may want to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation and to discuss your concerns. Without preop photos and more information it's difficult to judge specifics related to your results.

Your implant will probably not settle down any further without some help. You could try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to see if this will soften the pocket. Wearing a breast band can still be helpful. Otherwise, you will need a revision. It is always best to have your surgery done close to where you live for follow up care.

To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Before pictures, tell us your candidacy for the procedure and what you should expect from your outcome.
Most people the left breast sits higher on the chest wall than the right side.
This is true for you as well.
If you put your index fingers on the IMF (infra mammary fold) You’ll see that the left side is about half an inch higher than the right side.
This is true on almost all people.
Even though your left breast sits higher on your chest wall your right breast droops further down.
This tells me you have slight ptosis in the right side (more than the left). Most likely this is visible on your before pictures.
The outcome may be related to implant position but I think your inherent breast asymmetry is more likely the primary cause. It could be a bit of both.
Consider reposting with proper before and after pictures or follow up with your provider.
