6 months post op - should I expect my implants to drop further? (photo)

Forceful332443
I am 6 months post op. Will my implant drop any further? My left breast settled beautifully but right is still sitting higher than left causing the breast to droop under. I did under muscle. I do have a good amount of chest muscle from lifting so I was wondering if that can cause it to take longer to drop and fluff but I don’t know anymore. Is it worth waiting for another 6 months or should I get revision? I got my surgery done in Turkey, so I can’t go see the same surgeon for follow up
