Hi, I have a rather odd shape of areola and breasts, and I think I have inverted nipples. It seems to me as if my breasts are not fully developed (as if they are in the Tanner IV stage). Am I right? Could this be due to my low weight? Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Answer: Breast augmentation Breast enhancement with implants would alleviate many of your concerns. Appropriate sized implants for you body, measurements will improve shape, nipple areolae, etc. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Breast augmentation, possibly nipple/areola correction It appears that your breast are small but symmetric. Augmentation with small medium profile implants would help. You may need additional surgery for puffy areola; I am not sure that your nipples are inverted, that needs to be evaluated on the basis of in person consultation. Hope this helps.
