Although the tissues of your body will respond to stretch such as tissue expansion or bone distractors or inserts into ear or lip it is doubtful you could get enough stretching force to be successful.  Nevertheless it is theoretically possible that it would work.  There is also the possibility of damaging your nose by too much force.
