Can nightly use of nasal dilators increase nostril size?

Even after a recent revision to widen/deproject my nasal tip my nostrils remain too small and surgical-looking. Could wearing nasal dilators every night when I go to sleep help stretch my nostrils and make them larger?

Seek better opinions, such revision needs open approach and probably more than you have been explained (I understand this is not the first time you are operated). That is not the proposal one can expect from a real revision specialist.

Thanks for the question. Swelling after rhinoplasty is common and lasts 12 to 18 months. This far out from surgery, I would be a little bit more concerned that the issues that you’re seeing might be permanent. I strongly advise you to talk to your surgeon to find out what options are available.
