Hello. I had a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist about having some minor work done to my tip. He said he could lift my columella up slightly and shave a little off the tip through a closed approach. I just wanted to know if this would be considered a minor revision surgery and "less invasive" procedure? Thanks!

Thanks for the question. Swelling after rhinoplasty is common and lasts 12 to 18 months. This far out from surgery, I would be a little bit more concerned that the issues that you’re seeing might be permanent. I strongly advise you to talk to your surgeon to find out what options are available.
