Is this considered a minor revision rhinoplasty and less invasive?

Over the years I have seen many noses following previous rhinoplasty. Most will fall into one of two categories; minor or major. The nose is made up of several different parts, as they heal, occassionally there may be an irregularity. Usually these issues can be fixed fairly easily for the patient and is much less of a procedure than the first one. The second category are bigger issues. If a nose has been previously traumatized, is very crooked, required extensive grafting, or if the skin is very thick revisions may be more involved.  

From what you describe, your goals could be achieved by a brief office procedure under local anesthesia with light sedation.However an in person consultation would be necessary to confirm the plan.

Seek better opinions, such revision needs open approach and probably more than you have been explained (I understand this is not the first time you are operated). That is not the proposal one can expect from a real revision specialist.
