Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are agood candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back and fat grafting to the dip in your hip region. This can greatlyimprove your overall shape with a smaller waist. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most importantaspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seekconsultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluateyou in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
nose job. While physical exam would be helpful, it appears that liposculpting of your hips and lower abdomen may give you the result you desire. Micro-Liposuction technique would benefit you because you have little fat. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
I do not think that you have enough fat to transfer to accomplish what you are requesting...............
I do not believe you have enough fat from any where to fill the hip dip.in person examination recommended. Other wise a hip implant can fill and correct the hip dip
LIposuction of the midabdomen and flanks may change your contour to create more of an hourglass effect. A consultation would be necessary to evaluate whether you are a candidate for this. Best wishes.

No one would do full face grafting. you would probably benefit from fillers to your laugh lines. i would be very surprised if a 19 year old really needed eyelid surgery!!! i think you should leave your forehead alone. be careful of a doctor who does not tell you that you are overdoing it. a good...
You can get fat transfer, microneedling, PRP and fillers when you have scleroderma. I have patients without issues doing these treatments. Botox sometimes helps as well around the mouth if you have less "opening" from fibrosis. Best, Dr. Emer.
I appreciate your question. Cost varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc. I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery and who is also a...
Since a significant percentage of fat does not survive after fat transfer most plastic surgeons will over treated to some degree. Facial fat transfer also causes a substantial amount of swelling. This makes patients look over treated initially after the procedure. Patients who do not have a...
When you transfer fat from one area to another, you are taking fat that has a blood supply and moving it to a new area. However, it does not have a blood supply in the new area. So it will survive on the fat it is storing. Therefore the volume of the fat shrinks. Next, the fat sends out feelers...
