It's still so long and big! Is this just swelling?

I had revision septorhinoplasty 19 days ago, with work on my tip and nostril using ear catrtilagd grafts and scalp fascia. My PS and I had discussed lowering my bridge so my nose wouldn't be as "tall", but after I got out of surgery he let me know he didn't touch my bridge (no explanation as to why and I was too drugged up to question it). Now, looking at my nose, I'm so unhappy with how big it looks. Is this simply swelling, or is this likely how tall/projected it will remain?

At two weeks post-op, you are likely very swollen. Best to give it time to settle down. This can take several  months to a year.

It is challenging to give specific advice without seeing your photographs from before the first procedure, after the first procedure and now. Removing "all the grafts" may not be the best solution. I would not consider any additional procedure for at least three more months, and waiting a full...

This ic completely normal, don't worry. It should improve on its own over the ensuing weeks.The skin over the nasal bridge tends to get more bruised when it is elevated surgically after having had surgery there in the past. Nothing appears to be wrong, be patient.
