Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but based on the photos it looks like you are a great candidate for liposuction to the outer thighs/saddlebags. Liposuction is the ideal treatment for stubborn areas of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise. If done properly it will give you nice curves that fit with the rest of your body without flattening your thigh and giving you "boy legs". Based on your photo, you have localized lipohyperthropy in your lower extremities and liposuction is solution for your saddlebags . Also liposuction for your inner gives good result. If the liposuction is done by expert hands , you have curves after the operation.
