The lightest Ive ever been is 125lbs, I am 5'4" and 140 lbs. They say you usually need to gain 10lbs for a BBL I've gained 15. The attached is the look Id like to achieve. My measurements are 38/29/39 I have a fat in my flanks, inner thighs, back and stomach. Id want my waist to be around 24, and my hips to be around 39, but my bum to be full.
Answer: I'm 5'4 and 140 lbs. Do I have enough fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift? At your current height and weight, you likely have plenty of fat for me to create a very dramatic improvement. Find a BBL expert who performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: BBL candidate Based on height and weight alone it is difficult to say if you are a good candidate for a fat transfer to the buttock procedure. If you could send some photos, that would be very helpful. It is not possible to create certain measurements without examining someone in person. Consult with a few plastic surgeons to see if you are a good candidate. Watch this brief video for more information.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: I'm 5'4 and 140 lbs. Do I have enough fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift? (photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Your BMI is within the recommended range, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: BBL Candidate? A physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The amount of volume that can be added to your buttock will be limited by the amount of excess fat you have in your donor sites. The posterior flanks are a great reservoir of donor fat for the BBL procedure. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.Dr. BasuHouston, TX
