How much fat can be taken out and put into my butt with a BBL? Can my Dr. put in more fat if I was once very over weight?

In many patients I can take out 5 liters and transfer 2000 cc of fat per side, but I would have to see at least some pictures to make that determination.   Find

Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. Also, in order to determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Without seeing you in person it is diffiuclt to say, but putting 1000/side and sometimes more is not unreasonable in many cases.
