I am not sure what you discuss with your surgeon. If you were looking for bigger implants, then you will likely need a revision in 3-4 months when they are healed.

Thank you for your clinical posts and photographs. It is quite common for women to feel somewhat
unhappy with their breast lift augmentation combination procedure at five weeks
post-operatively. There will still be a
lot of changes that occur to the breast and in general compared to your
pre-operative photos. A nice natural and
modest size augmentation has been performed expertly with your breast
lift. If in fact you desire a bigger
implant with a wider base width it is generally the advice of most plastic
surgeons to wait at least 6 to 12 months before deciding if a bigger implant
would be more desirable.

As your breasts were somewhat droopy and taut out
pre-operatively, a bigger implant will result to more traction and tension on
your soft tissue envelope and result in more droopiness over time.

There is no right answer only range an aesthetic outcome I
think you have an excellent early result and at this point and time seek the
advice of your operative surgeon as they’re in a best position to understand
the techniques and your unique soft tissue.

Breast implants have to be placed so that the nipple is in the center.  Implants are fillers, and make your breast larger.  You mentioned having a lift at the same setting.  See your surgeon for an exam to discuss your concerns.
