I am 5 weeks post op, I had a lift with a 220g Full height low projection allergen implant. My BWD was 11.5 and the implant used was 11.5cm in diameter and 12cm in height. I feel like my implants are far apart and stick out to the sides (too much side boob). They feel like wonky versions of what I had before. The implant feels like it is in my armpit and I can no longer fit into any bra properly as they are so spaced apart and wide, Did I choose the wrong implant, or does everything look ok?

Thank you for your question. This definitely depends on how the healing process went. You definitely do not want to swim or Scuba dive if you have any open wound or recently healed wounds. I usually tell patients 8-10 weeks before submerging for extended periods of time as long as...
You need a vertical mastopexy with either superior or superomedial pedicle and an implant. It's not a complicated surgery. The crescent won't work and the anchor (or Wise pattern with inferior pedicle) is overkill and makes extra scars that you don't need.
