I had a BA/BL in early Jan and am finding my breasts tarting to droop back down to their original position. This was my worst fear. The only thing I wanted was some upper pole fullness since I have a rather long chest. If upper pole fullness is/was not possible for me I wish I was told up front so I could have had realistic expectations going in. I'm so sad and worried it will only get worse from here-based on my pictures do you think there is anything I can do for more upper pole fullness?

It appears that you have a significant amount of redundant skin on the breasts. It is difficult to give a complete answer without better photos and an exam. From what is shown, it appears that you would benefit from implants to increase the volume loss of the breasts and then a lift (mastopexy)...
Based on these photographs you look like an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation. It would fill your upper pole. You most definitely could look natural if you chose the right surgeon and the right implant. If you want to go larger, then it is the right choice for you,...
Yes, its actually rather common to have each side of a surgery recover at different times. At 4 weeks, your are still healing and it will take some time for all the swelling to resolve. Wait 3 months and re-examine again. Good luck.
