I've always been petite, 5"4, 118 pounds with a DD chest. After breastfeeding two babies my DD cup size literally disappeared to a sad C/B cup. Not a lot of excess skin, its like my chest evaporated. I was diagnosed with PASH after I stopped breastfeeding my first child. The idea of mixing implants with my already problematic breasts doesn't seem like the ideal choice for me. I've always exercised and before children never lost breast volume, so hoping a fat graft could be a viable option.

Some fat is being used to help decrease and soften the scar tissue. this does take several months to settle down. Also, each ft cells must find blood supply and survive, and swelling must subside which takes time.
You may have some inflammation, but not infection, in the red areas. However, do let your surgeon check you to make sure there is no low grade infection.
Fat transfer can definitely provide improvement, but it will take multiple transfers for optimal results. Based on your photo I am more concerned with finding enough fat for multiple transfers than I am about the adhesions themselves. The link below will give you an example of what other ...
